Families reading our campus guides have a fixed date, the whole family travelling, and rooms that sell out early. If you run a hotel, an inn, guest rooms, a shuttle, a photography business or a restaurant near a covered campus, a partner listing puts you in front of them while they decide, on phone and laptop alike. Families contact you directly, and we never take a commission on your bookings. Places are limited to three partners per campus page.

Join a tier on Patreon, then email hello@graduationstay.com with the campus you want to appear on, the tier you joined, and your listing details. We'll confirm a place is free on that campus and run our checks before anything goes live. Need an invoice instead? Email us and we will generate one.
Frequently asked questions
Who can get listed?
Businesses near a covered campus that serve families on a graduation or alumni weekend: hotels and inns, guest rooms and B&Bs, shuttle and car services, photographers, and restaurants that seat large family parties.
Will a paid listing affect your recommendations?
No. Every listing appears under a “Partner” label, outside our editorial hotel picks, and follows Google’s guidelines for sponsored placements. Our guidance on hotels, towns and timing stays independent, which is why families trust the pages your listing appears on.
How many partners can a campus have?
No more than three on a campus page, and two on our smaller campuses, so your listing is never lost in a crowd. When a campus is full we say so rather than add more.
What do you check before a listing goes live?
The distance from your address to the ceremony venue by road, that your address and contact details are correct, and that any policy you want shown appears on your own website. Checks usually take two to three working days.
How do I pay?
Listings are billed monthly through Patreon and can be cancelled at any time. If your accounts team needs a different method, such as an invoice paid by card or bank transfer, email us and we will generate one.
