What we collect
If you sign up for campus booking-window alerts, we collect the email address you provide, plus which campus you asked about, solely to send you that alert. We use Kit(formerly ConvertKit) to store this list and send the alert and its confirmation email. Kit processes your email address on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We don't sell or share this list.
Affiliate links and maps
This site uses Stay22, a booking-affiliate service, for the interactive maps and for auto-converting plain hotel and OTA links into commissioned links. Stay22 and the OTAs it links to may set cookies and process booking-related data under their own privacy policies when you interact with a map or follow a booking link. We may earn a commission on bookings made this way, at no extra cost to you. See ourAbout page for how this shapes what we recommend.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analyticsto count page views and measure how fast pages load. Cloudflare says it "does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics" and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser.
When a page loads, it also sends our own server the page's address and the address of the site that linked to it. We record those, with your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare derives from the connection, so we can see which search engines, AI assistants and other sites send readers here. We do not record your IP address, we set no cookies, and the record sits in Cloudflare's short-lived server logs.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers), which may log standard request data (such as IP address) for security and performance purposes.
