No 2027 date, and no invented one

Marist has published no 2027 commencement date. Its commencement page is on the 2026 cycle.

With no future date stored, this cluster emits no booking window. That is deliberate and it is an improvement on what came before: the combined Poughkeepsie cluster held two past Marist dates, from May 2026, and emitted Vassar’s window instead. A Marist family arriving there was shown another college’s ceremony dates.

Showing nothing is more useful than showing something wrong.

Two ceremonies, two days, two venues

The published 2026 pattern is worth carrying, because its shape is easy to get wrong:

Two ceremonies on consecutive days at different venues, one indoors and one outside. Which one is yours decides both the night you need and which part of campus you are heading to.

If your family has both an undergraduate and a graduate finishing, that is two days and the night between them.

Vassar has not published either

Vassar College is about three miles south, in the same small Hudson Valley city, sharing the same lodging market. It has also not published a confirmed 2027 date.

So whether the two colleges graduate on the same weekend or weeks apart is genuinely unknown right now. If they coincide, Poughkeepsie tightens sharply. That uncertainty is a reason to book early rather than to wait. Vassar’s detail is on its own page.
