Lewisburg is the thinnest epicenter on this site, and the fix is closer than you might expect.

Danville has seven times Lewisburg’s supply and is about fifteen minutes east.
State College at seventy-five minutes and York at seventy are the towns usually named for Lewisburg, and both are far further than you need to go. Danville is fifteen minutes away.
So the ring is rebuilt here, not merely renumbered. Danville first, then Bloomsburg, then Williamsport. State College is the deepest count on the board and the worst first choice: seventy-five minutes away, and Penn State’s town, so its hotels can fill for reasons that have nothing to do with Bucknell.

Read what that implies. A university does not build a notification list for hotel-room releases unless the rooms go faster than families can find them. In a town with one bookable property, that is not a surprise, and it is the closest thing to a booking edge this cluster offers.
The date, and what is not attached to it
Bucknell’s 177th Commencement is 16 May 2027, on Malesardi Quadrangle. That comes straight from Bucknell’s own commencement page.
Almost nothing else is published yet. No ceremony time, no rain plan for an outdoor quadrangle ceremony in mid-May Pennsylvania, no guest-ticket policy, no parking guidance. Bucknell directs enquiries to a Commencement Hotline and an email address rather than a details page.

Drive times are road estimates on central-Pennsylvania two-lane routes. The fifteen minutes to Danville is realistic outside peak; the seventy-five to State College is not a figure to cut fine on a ceremony morning.
