12 December 2026 is a Saturday. One sitting, one building, one hour. The Friday night covers it.
Spring is a week later than the rest of Wisconsin
“Spring 2027 Commencement Saturday, May 22”, per the same page, with the 2026-27 catalog calendar carrying the same day. 22 May 2027 is a Saturday.
Most Wisconsin campuses on this site graduate on 15 May. UW-Stevens Point’s later date is the university’s own choice and it has a practical effect: the region’s hotels are not also serving another commencement that weekend.
Spring sittings and venue are not published.
