One hotel, and it is close
Kutztown has a single hotel. The Hampton Inn & Suites, 15080 Kutztown Road, is under a mile from the O’Pake Fieldhouse, three minutes by car, with 100 rooms over four floors per HotelGuides. Hilton’s own page would not load when this was built, and no commencement-specific minimum stay, prepayment or cancellation rule was found, so none is claimed.
The next property in this direction is on the Allentown side: the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Allentown, 5630 West Tilghman Street, 77 rooms per HotelGuides, on the west edge of the city toward Kutztown. Its address did not geocode reliably, so no drive time is stated for it.

The research behind this page cited Kutztown’s 2026-2027 academic calendar PDF for Friday 7 and Saturday 8 May 2027. That PDF, linked from the university’s academic-calendar page, returned 404 on every check, and the HTML page has no 2027 commencement text. So the spring dates are not on this page. What can be said is the shape of May 2026: master’s and doctoral candidates reported by 4:00pm on the Friday for a 5:00pm ceremony; bachelor’s candidates in Education and Liberal Arts & Sciences by 8:00am on the Saturday for a 9:00am ceremony; Business and Visual & Performing Arts by 1:00pm for the 2:00pm ceremony.
